It was the second week of November 2022, and I used TikTok to consult a tarot card reader. I was trying to get out of a depression and needed any type of guidance. The events of that day served as the alarm clock I needed. He gave me a lot of advice, but the most important was to make a strategy and stay organized with regard to my health. It’s evolved slightly over the past few months, but one constant is that I’m still following the plan of action I set out for myself. My conditioned thoughts told me I had to do things the way everyone else was doing them, but whenever I tried to integrate something new, it quickly fell by the wayside.
